Associate Clinical Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC, Associate Psychologist)
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC, or Associate Psychologist) to join our dynamic team. As a therapist at OpenMinds, you will specialize in providing individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and young adults, employing a client-centered and outcomes-driven approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and receive supervision from a licensed psychologist. Requirements
Doctoral or Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field. Registration with the Board of Psychology (BOP) or Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), depending on licensure/degree. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Experience in individual therapy with adolescents and young adults (experience with group and family therapy is a plus). Bilingual and bicultural skills are a plus Experience with LGBTQ+ populations is a plus Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Ability to see a minimum of 21 clients per week. About the Company

At OpenMinds, our primary focus is on providing inclusive and accessible mental health services. To achieve this, we are in-network with private insurance, aiming to enhance the accessibility of mental health support for the youth in our community.
