We offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to commit 20–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate quality management for a diverse outpatient population across the continuum of care.
Provide skilled triage and assessment, patient education, and collaborate with healthcare and community resources.
Support the care team in the provision of comprehensive patient care.
Offer expert patient advice and guidance.
Assist in prioritizing daily clinic workflow.
Provide direction and oversight to team members, including Medical Assistants, ensuring clinical competency.
Qualifications
Current WA State RN license is required.
CPR certification required every two years or as specified by the work; other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire is required; ongoing competency is mandatory through internal resources.
