Director of Engineering
to lead property operations, maintenance, safety, and sustainability. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the Engineering department, ensuring the hotel\'s systems, guest rooms, and public spaces are well maintained and operate efficiently. You will help drive guest satisfaction and property performance through innovation in hospitality engineering. Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling, life safety, and grounds, in compliance with applicable regulations. Conduct facility inspections and supervise routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system. Direct, oversee, and maintain documentation for energy management, conservation, and preventive maintenance programs. Lead, manage, and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitations, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bidding standards. Obtain required licenses and permits to ensure full compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards. Direct daily department operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, and meeting participation and facilitation. Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, and recognition. Recruit, interview, and train team members. Maintain awareness of the annual salary range: $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience and location. Qualifications / What We Look For
