Staff Accountant (Contract-to-Hire) – Rancho Cucamonga
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is based in Rancho and offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and keep task progress updated in the company’s CRM system.
Process and reconcile cash receipts, including adjustments and deletions in the accounting software.
Prepare internal and external financial statements by collecting and analyzing financial data.
Handle journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Support audits by responding to financial data requests and reviewing statements.
Assist the Assistant Controller and Controller with month‑end close and special projects.
Pitch in with other team members’ workloads when needed.
Conduct regular inventory cycle counts at warehouse locations and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
