Indiana Staffing is hiring for a long-time standing client located in Brownsburg, IN! This is a direct hire opportunity with an industry leading organization!

Schedules

• 5 Days per week - 8 Hour shifts
• Afternoon 2pm-10:30pm & Nights 10pm-6:30pm

Responsibilities

• Respond and react to mechanical issues in the production environment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete maintenance projects - PM tasks and work orders as assigned.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
• Write parts requests, complete work orders, and write corrective work orders
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep a clean work area
• Perform building inspections and routines
• Communicate with other team members
• Perform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessary

Required experience and skills:

• Electrical experience, including wiring motors and troubleshooting conveyors
• Controls experience
• Manufacturing background
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills
• Pump experience
• Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have a basic understanding of motors, motor control circuits
• Must be computer literate
• Must have good attention to detail. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Should be able to understand blueprints and drawings
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work at heights from ladders or scissor lifts
• Must be able to make decisions
• Should have a working knowledge of the following:
• Machining, Plumbing, Electricity
• Must be able to work around very strong magnets
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
