Location & Compensation Greater Seattle area. Base salary: $125,000 - $140,000. Additional compensation may include incentive pay and stock options.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Truveta’s Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, including repositories, pipelines, and access controls.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of CI/CD infrastructure.

Lead migration efforts from one DevOps platform to another, collaborating with engineering and security teams; develop migration strategies, validation procedures, and rollback plans.

Implement and enforce role‑based access controls, compliance standards, and DevSecOps best practices.

Integrate and manage security tools (e.g., Snyk, Wiz, JFrog, SonarQube, GitHub Advanced Security).

Design, optimize, and automate multi‑language CI/CD pipelines with robust build, test, and release workflows.

Support adoption and governance of AI‑driven development tools; manage configuration, licensing, and compliance for AI assistants within GitHub Enterprise.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with software engineering, security, and compliance teams to align DevOps capabilities with company goals.

Mentor engineers and champion DevOps best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation.

Proven expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud administration.

Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and artifact repositories.

Experience with security and compliance automation tools (Snyk, Wiz, JFrog, SonarQube, etc.).

Proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, or GitHub Actions workflows).

Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and compliance frameworks.

Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot for Business).

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated success in agile environments, including code reviews and pair programming.

A strong GitHub or project portfolio showcasing technical depth and automation expertise.
