Investment Research Associate
to join its growing investment team. The firm manages multi-asset portfolios across traditional and alternative investments and is recognized for its rigorous research process, global reach, and commitment to long-term wealth stewardship.
Position Overview The
Investment Research Associate
will support the investment team in evaluating managers, conducting market and macroeconomic analysis, and maintaining the firm’s research database. This individual will contribute to investment committee materials, performance reports, and client-facing presentations while working closely with senior leadership on both strategic and tactical portfolio decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private markets, and hedge funds.
Prepare analytical reports, due diligence summaries, and investment memos for internal and client use.
Monitor existing managers for performance, risk, and adherence to investment objectives.
Assist in portfolio construction, risk attribution, and performance analysis.
Support the investment committee by producing timely research on market trends and thematic opportunities.
Maintain and enhance internal databases and research tools to streamline data management and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA progress or equivalent credentials preferred).
3–5 years of relevant experience in investment research, manager due diligence, or portfolio analysis—preferably within a wealth management, multi-family office, or institutional setting.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and writing skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial data tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, or Morningstar Direct).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Compensation and Benefits
