As a Process Engineering Consultant, you should have used methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to identify and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct process assessments, develop new strategies, analyze activities for operational transformation, use data and analytics for optimization, and collaborate with both business and technology partners to implement solutions.

Six Sigma Certification - Green or Yellow or Black is MUST and should be able to demonstrate the process implemented.

Conduct assessments: Perform ongoing process reviews to identify inefficiencies, costs, and cycle times, and recommend solutions.

Develop and implement strategies: Plan, develop, and implement process strategies to build a more efficient bank.

Use data and analytics: Analyze process activities using tools like Power BI, Power Query, and VBA to support business process optimization.

Collaborate with Technical Team: Able to closely work with Technical teams (ex. Mainframe, .NET or backend) to understand their systems, identify process gaps and come up with process strategies to build more efficient systems.

Lead projects: Manage projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies, and guide teams through the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business and technology partners to gather feedback, define requirements, and implement improvements.

Improve client experience: Focus on transforming client journeys, such as complaint handling, and use human-centered design principles.

Document and validate: Create detailed process maps and document future state processes. Validate solution designs and test results with business partners.

Present recommendations: Clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to build support for process improvements.

Good communication / organizational skills to understand and discuss development requirement.

Experience with approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
