Process Engineering Consultant – Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Process Engineering Consultant to drive continuous improvement initiatives for banking operations.
Compensation
Base pay: $80,000 – $87,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies, costs, and cycle time reductions.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.
Analyze data and process activities using Power BI, Power Query, and VBA to support business optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams (Mainframe, .NET, backend) to understand systems, identify process gaps, and design improvement solutions.
Lead projects, manage project lifecycles, and guide teams through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
Work with business and technology partners to gather feedback, define requirements, and implement improvements.
Transform client journeys (e.g., complaint handling) through human‑centered design principles.
Create detailed process maps, validate solution designs, and test results with business partners.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate effectively, understand and discuss development requirements, and resolve operational or process problems.
Required Qualifications
Green, Yellow, or Black Six Sigma Certification (must demonstrate implemented process).
Experience with approach, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
