Job Responsibilities:
Generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets.
Build pipeline across assigned territory through business development and networking opportunities.
Develop and communicate effective business and action plans to address opportunities.
Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate sales consultants and support resources to deliver sales solutions to clients successfully.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
Conduct needs/solutions analysis to position solutions effectively.
Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
Identify and understand key decision makers, users and influencers at assigned customer organizations.
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key decision makers.
Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and reference‑ability.
Requirements
10 - 15 years of experience in IT services and solutions sales in a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment.
Must have proven experience selling IT services and solutions in the US market in Ecommerce Domain.
Bachelor's Degree (Technology discipline preferred).
Strong client focus and deep background in all aspects of the sales process and lifecycle including the customer experience journey.
Proven track record in strategic / consultative selling and results against quota.
Knowledge and experience in selling IT services and solutions in global delivery models essentially in IT Services.
Demonstrable sales skills, passionate selling mindset and client service focus.
Action and results‑orientation with high levels of energy, persistence and self‑motivation with strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
The candidate should possess a strong network of connections with SMB clients in the US market.
Highly energetic, pro‑active and creative.
Superior presentation skills, both oral and written.
