Role Overview
Oncology Account Specialist
– San Jose, Salinas, Monterey, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, CA BioSpace is looking for a dedicated Oncology Account Specialist to engage NSCLC & NMSC specialists and key Oncology customers within a designated territory. The role focuses on presenting clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver on product goals. Key Responsibilities
Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC and NMSC) and other key experts within assigned accounts to introduce the brand launch and drive revenue. Facilitate partnership with multiple collaboration partners – Regional Directors, Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists – to proactively resolve customer needs. Develop strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists. Execute market profiling to understand local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts within the Regeneron Oncology account team. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3 years of oncology sales experience, with preference for NSCLC experience. Buy and bill experience with biologics required. Strong understanding of NSCLC & NMSC therapeutic areas and current marketplace. Strong account management experience with large Oncology group practices or IDNs. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Attributes
Advanced clinically based and account‑based selling skills. Success in complex markets with diverse customer segments. Results‑oriented with a track record of product launch success. Benefits and Compensation
Salary Range: $152,300.00 - $195,700.00 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness programs, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off, contingent upon location. Employment Details
