Base Pay Range $69.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Responsibilities
Design user‑facing and interface related reports in all ERP/HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM, and GL.
Create accurate reports using the common Oracle reporting tools, e.g. OTBI, BIP, BICC.
Translate business requirements into scalable, optimized technical solutions.
Develop new custom Data Models; including ones that retrieve data across multiple ERP/HCM modules.
Provide security requirements to ensure reports align with overall security design and best practices.
Modify new and existing data model SQLs to ensure optimal performance.
Provide reporting expertise to SMEs and other team members.
Analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Support the data conversion team by creating validation/reconciliation reports.
Assist with clarifying details required for documentation, e.g., FDDs/TDDs, migration documentation, mappings, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide general guidance on reporting solutions.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go‑live tasks.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience creating new reports within Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM reporting in various modules.
Proven hands‑on experience designing reports with various output types, e.g. email, SFTP, XSLT.
Directly responsible for creating at least 25 unique reports, preferably on new implementations.
Functional knowledge of the source/target modules: Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM, GL.
Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting tables required to create robust reporting.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills to explain reporting concepts and solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both functional and technical stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Highly analytical and detail‑oriented professional who can assess challenges and define appropriate solutions.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently on specific deliverables.
Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, time/resource‑constrained environment.
Comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
