Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. Participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Epic Certification

in the relevant application (must be current and verifiable). Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic application support or implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare IT or clinical workflows preferred.
