These roles are critical to supporting our Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and ensuring optimal performance, configuration, and user support. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. Participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Epic Certification
in the relevant application (must be current and verifiable). Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic application support or implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare IT or clinical workflows preferred.
