Consult and support customers on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on Employee Central Time. Analyze customer requirements, develop implementable solutions, and demonstrate best practices for optimal SAP SuccessFactors usage. Conduct workshops, demonstrate and independently configure modules in the system. Plan activities within an implementation project and coordinate closely with related areas such as platform and integrations. Actively contribute to the development of our EC team, develop new topics, and share knowledge. Support customers on specific questions in support projects and deliver rapid solutions. Create technical customer offers and presentations together with your teammates. Work flexibly nationwide across offices, on site at customer locations, and remotely from home. Qualifications

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent professional training. Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and ideally in at least one other SAP SuccessFactors module. Enthusiasm for developing and driving ideas, and desire to grow with us and realize our vision. Extensive project and consulting experience that complements the team. Strong knowledge of payroll, capable of mapping customer requirements to SuccessFactors data models and objects. Good German skills (B2 level) and English proficiency. Additional Information
