$44.00/hr - $48.00/hr Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for over 500 employees Act as one point of contact for all team members for payroll-related questions Ensure employee new hires, changes, W4, and terminations, and other deductions are processed accurately and timely across multiple platforms including Workday, NetSuite, and other financial systems Review payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, tax withholdings, deductions, PTO, and sick accruals Provide high-level customer service for all inquiries by internal and external parties relating to payroll Process off-cycle manual payroll checks as needed for terminations and other special payments Prepare relevant ad-hoc reports and analysis for management as needed Comply with SOX and other internal controls Support SOX and other internal and external periodic audits Work closely with benefits enrollment Track and respond to payroll tax notices, wage orders, and other government correspondences Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of payroll-related systems, including the coordination of system enhancements and automation of functions Perform other duties as required to support the Finance department Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience with full-cycle, multi-state payroll Experience with Workday payroll Advanced Excel skills Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred NetSuite experience a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
