Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance at a Glance…

As a Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance at Kraft Heinz, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial decisions by providing in‑depth analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the company’s commercial initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to evaluate business performance, optimize pricing strategies, and contribute to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Help to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Business Unit

Analyze sales data, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of various business strategies on revenue, costs, and profitability

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Other) teams to provide actionable insights that enhance decision‑making and drive business performance

Evaluate and recommend pricing strategies based on competitive landscape, cost structures, and market trends

Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and making strategic recommendations

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and identify deviations from targets

Identify risks and opportunities in the business, providing timely and accurate recommendations for mitigation or enhancement

Support cross‑functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, profitability, and overall business growth

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

1+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders

Proven track record of collaborating across functions and working effectively in a team‑oriented environment

Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools

Previous experience in pricing analysis or revenue management

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA)

Familiarity with Consumer‑Packaged Goods industry trends and dynamics

Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
