This role will oversee all commercial aspects of our aftermarket business, driving growth through operational excellence, customer engagement, and strategic leadership.This position offers an exciting opportunity to move into a leadership role as we expand our global sales and service footprint.**How You’ll Make an Impact:****Lead all commercial functions** within the aftermarket division, including:Contract salesParts salesRepair and refurbishment offeringsStrategic deal leadership and closing**Sales Team Leadership:**Manage and align a currently fragmented sales teamImplement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce) to create consistency in processesFoster a culture of accountability and performance**Operational Expertise:**Ensure seamless execution of sales operationsDrive efficiency and scalability across all aftermarket functions**Growth Strategy:**Develop and execute strategies to grow revenueExpand customer relationships across major verticalsDrive **organic growth** through enhanced customer support and engagementPartner on **acquisition opportunities** to strengthen market positionBuild a global sales and service network**Qualifications:*** Minimum **10 years of professional work experience** in sales, sales leadership, engineering or related experience* **Bachelor’s degree preferred** (Business, Engineering, or related field)* Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors* Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams* Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization* Strategic thinker with exceptional closing skills* Operational acumen and ability to manage complex sales functions* Ability to lead through change and integrate disjointed teams into a cohesive unit**Company Overview:**At **JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company,** we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
