Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Director of Aftermarket Sales
to lead and integrate our Project and Parts functions into a unified, high‑performing team. This role will oversee all commercial aspects of our aftermarket business, driving growth through operational excellence, customer engagement, and strategic leadership.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to move into a leadership role as we expand our global sales and service footprint.
How You’ll Make an Impact Lead all commercial functions
within the aftermarket division, including:
Contract sales
Parts sales
Repair and refurbishment offerings
Strategic deal leadership and closing
Sales Team Leadership:
Manage and align a currently fragmented sales team
Implement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce) to create consistency in processes
Foster a culture of accountability and performance
Operational Expertise:
Ensure seamless execution of sales operations
Drive efficiency and scalability across all aftermarket functions
Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue
Expand customer relationships across major verticals
Drive
organic growth
through enhanced customer support and engagement
Partner on
acquisition opportunities
to strengthen market position
Build a global sales and service network
Qualifications
Minimum
10 years of professional work experience
in sales, sales leadership, engineering or related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
(Business, Engineering, or related field)
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams
Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization
Strategic thinker with exceptional closing skills
Operational acumen and ability to manage complex sales functions
Ability to lead through change and integrate disjointed teams into a cohesive unit
