What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Independently solve highly complex technical issues and document solutions

Provide advanced support for the resolution of complex or escalated issues

Design, program, analyze, test, and debug highly complex clinical systems

Participate in and coordinate all phases of total system planning specifications

Advocate for customers by leading internal teams to develop solutions that meet their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Minimum of seven years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Epic Beaker Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Epic application certifications

Considerable experience in conducting clinical applications analysis and programming

Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Background in clinical laboratory science and information technology

Direct patient care experience

Familiarity with HL7 interfaces

Experience with complete system life cycles from initial planning to go‑live

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
