Corporate Senior Accountant
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Setting: Hybrid (Monday & Friday WFH)
Compensation $80k - $100k + 10% annual bonus + Long term incentive bonus (accrues over 3 years) + 20 days PTO + 401k matching
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting packages.
Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across multiple entities.
Assist with the preparation of GAAP‑compliant financial statements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain consistency in accounting processes.
Support external audits and tax compliance efforts.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
CPA certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a public accounting background or industry experience in public companies.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Experience with multi‑entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
