Position Overview Soliant is seeking 6 dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologists for full‑time, on‑site positions in Cambridge, MN. These roles offer the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact, primarily serving younger students.
Position Details
Number of Openings: 6
Caseload: Average 4,050 students
Setting: Single building
Student Focus: Emphasis on younger students, with greatest need in Kindergarten through 2nd grade
Support: SLP Assistants (SLPAs) will be provided
Work Type: On‑site only (no remote options)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student progress
Maintain thorough documentation and participate in relevant meetings
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred
Experience working with young children or in school‑based settings preferred
