Responsibilities
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
What You’ll Do
Work inbound and company-provided seller leads – no cold calling or door knocking
Evaluate property values using comps, market data, and site-level insights
Build rapport with sellers, negotiate terms, and manage the sales process from start to finish
Use our CRM daily to track your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline transactions and get deals closed
Qualifications
Top‑not‐written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal‑oriented
4‑year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Hold an active real estate license (required)
Have at least 1 year of experience in acquisitions or residential sales
Are confident in communicating over the phone and handling objections
Are self‑motivated, accountable, and thrive in a results‑driven environment
Want to maximize your income without being tied to a local office or generating your own compensation
Compensation $100,000-$120,000 per year
