Job Description Support domestic and international tax planning initiatives within the Tax Organization, including performing technical analysis, preparing tax planning presentations, supporting the implementation of tax planning initiatives, working with tax operations on the accounting and reporting implications of tax planning initiatives and modelling tax impacts. Considering the strategic relevance of business development, structuring and supporting business development transactions will be your main area of focus.

Tax Organization liaison with (i) Business Development; (ii) Accounting, and (iii) Finance, each as further described below.

Primary Activities Support domestic and international tax planning initiatives within the Tax Organization, including performing technical analysis, preparing tax planning presentations, supporting the implementation of tax planning initiatives, working with tax operations on the accounting and reporting implications of tax planning initiatives and modelling tax impacts. Considering the strategic relevance of business development, structuring and supporting business development transactions will be your main area of focus.

Tax Organization liaison with (i) Business Development; (ii) Accounting, and (iii) Finance, each as further described below.

Business Development Manage tax due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Review and determine optimal structure for various business development transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and collaborations, working with the BD group and internal and external legal representatives.

Advise on tax matters related to integration activities, including coordination with the broader Finance department and the Integration Management Office.

Provide support for the preparation and review of legal documents related to business development and integration transactions.

Accounting Coordinate with Accounting on the accounting impacts of mergers and acquisitions and internal tax planning initiatives.

Finance Provide tax support for deal valuations and financial analyses, supply chain financial flows, and Treasury decisions regarding transaction financing and intercompany cash management. Work with tax planning team and integration teams on post-deal integrations.

Education / Experience Requirements

Minimum educational requirement for the position is a bachelor’s degree.

LLM or MST preferred.

5 to 8+ years of combined public accounting, law firm and corporate tax experience in (i) mergers and acquisitions, including managing tax due diligence and structuring of acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings, and (ii) domestic and international tax planning, including Subpart F and GILTI planning.

Proven track record of strong relationship building and effective business communication skills; strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

Compensation Salary range: $126,500.00 – $199,100.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
