Insight Global is hiring a Benefits Manager. Based on skills and experience, the actual pay will be determined.

This role is permanent full‑time and located in North Fort Worth, TX.

Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years’ experience leading a benefits team.

Strong understanding of data confidentiality needs (SOX compliance knowledge a plus).

Fully proficient in utilizing reporting tools from HRIS systems specifically building census reports.

Solution and detail oriented, data centric, adaptable with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Solid understanding of local, state, and federal laws, including ERISA, IRS, DOL, FMLA, USERRA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA compliance.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with heavy emphasis on Excel.

Proficiency with HRIS (UKG), payroll, and similar human resource management software and practices.

Position Responsibilities

Manages vendor relationships and negotiations for benefit programs.

Researches market trends and recommends appropriate benefit plans.

Oversees the annual open enrollment process and communications.

Ensures a communications plan is in place to disseminate benefit information.

Monitors and reports benefit cost trends and recommends cost‑saving opportunities.

Ensures compliance with ERISA and other regulatory requirements.

Oversees administration of retirement programs.

Manages leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ACA, ADA, etc.

Leads year‑end compliance processes (e.g., 5500 filing, 401k testing).

Performs data audits between HRIS and benefits systems.

Responds to benefit‑related questions and claims issues.

Oversees PTO benefits and employee recognition programs.

Assists with annual merit process.

Recommends policies and procedures relevant to scope.

Performs other duties as assigned.
