As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional, you will serve clients with diverse tax needs, building strong relationships and delivering accurate tax returns. You will receive advanced tax training and support from an expert team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and using virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
Experience with tax planning, audit support, and providing IRS assistance.
Strong communication skills in person, phone, and writing.
Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent (for non‑certified roles).
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual tax interviews with clients.
Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
Provide clients with IRS support and represent clients in audits when qualified.
Mentor and support teammates.
Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
Work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
