This position collects requirements and converts them into technical documentation for teams to consume. This role is a key contributor in influencing the business and technical analysis process across the entire enterprise.

Position Compensation Range:
$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
Works with the appropriate business groups throughout the application lifecycle to gather requirements, including design creation, code reviews, and test case sign off.
Collaborates with team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and creation of quality technical solutions.
Clearly and concisely communicates verbal and written requirements and analysis output to development.
Aligns technical solutions with business and strategic visions while complying with the organization's architectural standards.
Identifies areas for simplification and bundling of requests to streamline project execution and make recommendations toward the need to develop new or reuse existing functionality.
Provides estimation of level of effort through partnership with system owners and all affected functions.

Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems to make informed decisions. Organize and analyze a solution as part of a whole and its individual components.

Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110.
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston).
Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.
