Project Manager – Multifamily Ground-Up Construction (300-Unit Wrap)

$150,000 base salary + benefits + up to 40% project bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead a
300‑unit wrap‑style, ground‑up multifamily development
in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction for the 300‑unit wrap multifamily project, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Supervise on‑site construction teams, providing direction and leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, and utilities to ensure all permits and inspections are completed.
Maintain strong client communication and provide regular progress updates to ownership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in multifamily or large‑scale commercial construction.
Proven experience managing ground‑up wrap or podium‑style multifamily projects.
Strong understanding of construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational, financial, and leadership skills.
Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.
Bonus: Up to 40% project performance bonus.
