Job Overview Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded professional to join its Center of Excellence (COE) Category Management team. The ideal candidate will help shape the future of our space analytics and deliver market‑leading growth across brands and channels. This individual will conduct high‑quality analyses, synthesize multiple data sources, and provide actionable recommendations while influencing decision‑making within HQ and customer‑facing teams.

What you will do

Manage space management toolkit, processes, and requests.

Provide shelving recommendations/guidance based on market analysis or sales data.

Develop line‑review content with customer teams.

Conduct POG recommendations based on segmentation trends, performance, and strategies to drive sales.

Analyze and interpret consumer, customer, industry, and sales data into actionable insights.

Partner with Customer Facing Teams to build primary relationships with the customer.

Accurately maintain the space database(s) with the Category Management Team.

Expertly create and maintain standard JDA shelf/display PSA templates.

Provide ad‑hoc reporting/analysis as needed.

Serve as subject‑matter expert for space management toolkit budget management.

Support internal account team with unbiased recommendations based on market knowledge.

Multi‑task between projects and reporting/analytics, adjusting priorities as needed.

Externally establish KDP as the indispensable partner for all category management space analytic needs.

Internally serve as the category management partner to cross‑functional teams.

Deliver fully integrated consumer‑driven category leadership based on marketplace insights and trends.

Thrive and drive in a highly matrixed, fast‑paced, evolving organization.

Masterfully navigate stakeholders across the organization.

Install and improve space management tools & processes to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency.

Juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines while fueling the business with innovative ideas.

Total Rewards

Salary Range: $97,000 – $135,000

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.

+7 years of business experience in Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on Category Management (mandatory), space planning business analytics, and/or shopper insights.

Experience coaching & developing people – peers and new‑hire talent.

Superior drive for results with proven ability to build indispensable, collaborative partnerships.

Exceptional communication & storytelling skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

Superior project management skills with impeccable detail orientation & follow‑through.

Capability to develop and influence strategies and tactics at both retailers and manufacturers.

Proven ability to use insights to build shelving guidance & actionable recommendations.

Extensive syndicated data knowledge with IRI and/or Nielsen.

Deep understanding of assortment optimization.

Proficiency in JDA Space Planning software and Power BI.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).

Travel: up to 10%.
