Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Staff Accountant to join our healthcare manufacturing company. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. The successful candidate will manage a variety of accounting duties, including deferred revenue processes, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, ad‑hoc reporting, audits, fixed assets, construction in progress (CIP) schedules, month‑end closing, payroll accruals, and implementation of ASC‑606 compliant revenue. Familiarity with billing, collections, ERP systems, and software such as Sage Intacct and Oracle is highly advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and prior experience with Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee deferred revenue processes and revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and ASC‑606.

Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections to ensure timely payments.

Prepare ad‑hoc reports and conduct audits as required.

Maintain fixed assets and CIP schedules.

Coordinate month‑end closing processes and prepare financial statements.

Manage payroll accruals and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Implement and maintain ASC‑606 compliant revenue processes.

Assist in optimization of ERP systems.

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

Have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.

Possess extensive knowledge of GAAP, ASC‑606, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition.

Have proven experience with accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

Be proficient in ERP systems; experience with Sage Intacct and Oracle is highly desirable.

Have experience with Epicor (not mandatory).

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and clear, concise financial reporting.

Be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be a self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
