If you love Cuban food, Latin music and exciting nightlife, consider joining our team! The responsibilities of a Barback are to support bartenders, prepare and stock the bar, maintain awareness of bar guests and bar top maintenance, anticipate guests' needs, and maintain a clean work environment. All our Barbacks may be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions. Barback Job Requirements: In Atlantic City, the Casino Hotel Alcoholic Beverage (CHAB) certification is required. In Philadelphia, RAMP certification preferred but training provided. Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Have at least 6 months of experience in the restaurant industry. Have alcohol knowledge. Work quickly, accurately and be able to multitask. Be at least 18 years of age. Must be eligible to work in the United States. We are an equal opportunity employer.
