We are seeking a full‑time licensed psychologist at our Colorado Springs location. Full‑time psychologists perform 3–4 evaluations per week; part‑time psychologists perform 2 evaluations per week. We focus on serving Medicaid clients and other disadvantaged populations to provide targeted treatment and resources tailored to unique needs.

Responsibilities

Perform 3–4 comprehensive evaluations per week, including psychological, neuropsychological, learning disorder, adaptive functioning, and neurodevelopmental assessments.

Provide feedback to each client you evaluate.

Write concise, high‑quality evaluation reports that directly answer the referral question.

Cover the clinic 1–2 days per week, available in‑person for urgent client needs and supervisor support.

Consult with team members and offer your expertise when needed.

Participate in team dynamics fostering growth and connectedness among colleagues.

Qualifications

Licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado.

Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical, Forensic, or School Psychology.

Prior experience conducting comprehensive evaluations.

Strong desire to learn new assessments and a commitment to become one of Colorado’s best evaluation psychologists.

Benefits

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, varying with experience and weekly evaluation volume.

$5,000 signing bonus: $1,000 after 1 month, $2,000 after 6 months, $2,000 after 12 months.

Annual salary increases if supervising pre‑doctoral or post‑doctoral interns.
