Will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the clinical needs of clients. Responsibilities may include: Carrying a clinical caseload and providing individual and/or group therapy. Providing psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification and cognitive/neurodevelopmental functioning, including assessments for psychopathology and personality disorders. Intake interviews and Mental Health Needs Assessments. Maintaining knowledge of community resources and guiding clients and families accordingly. Allocating 51-79% of time to psychologist specialty services (e.g., psychological assessment, supervision of interns) with the remainder on therapy and intakes as designated by the program manager/director. Supervising pre-doctoral psychology interns and, occasionally, practicum students and postdoctoral candidates. Participating in monthly Internship Training Committee meetings if supervising interns. Qualifications

Licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in good standing in Colorado. Experience supervising interns/practicum students (preferred). Experience with therapeutic work with specified populations and strength-based modalities. Team-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency; 25+ wpm. Experience with case management (e.g., schools, Dept of Human Services, legal system) preferred. Ability to recommend evidence-based treatments. If conducting assessments: experience with administration, scoring, interpretation, and integration of comprehensive psychological measures; examples include WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-III, MMPI, and related instruments; ability to interpret self-report measures.
