As a member of AT&T’s Voice OSS organization, you will lead the modernization of mission‑critical provisioning platforms that power our Voice portfolio. You will apply advanced engineering and scientific expertise to architect, design, and deliver innovative solutions from inception through implementation, aligned to the company’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities

Integrate with AT&T platforms—API Gateways, iPlatforms, and eventing systems (DMaaP, IEBUS)—to deliver secure, reliable interfaces across on‑prem and cloud boundaries.
Mentor senior engineers, lead design reviews and production readiness assessments, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align roadmaps and preserve service levels.
Apply data‑driven decisioning using telemetry and provisioning KPIs to improve throughput, success rates, and rollback strategies.
What You’ll Bring
Experience with legacy platforms such as Kabira KPSA, Oracle ASAP, CORBA/Iona, and WebSphere, with proven approaches to safely encapsulate or sunset these technologies.
Familiarity with AT&T delivery processes and tools (PMATT design/attestations, forum‑based knowledge capture for provisioning SMEs).
Experience orchestrating activation gateways that preserve on‑prem device connectivity while enabling cloud application layers.
Strong mentoring skills and the ability to uplift engineering rigor across teams.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
