Electrical Engineer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of related experience in the engineering discipline.
Responsibilities
Familiar with the use of test equipment to verify harness design and assembly.
Knowledge of harness design, fabrication, and installation standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and MSFC-SPEC-494.
Experience selecting connectors, backshells, wires, and other harness components.
Understanding of electrical grounding requirements and implementation of proper system‑level grounding via wire harness design.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
Works well in a team, is proactive, and executes with minimal guidance.
Detail‑oriented and manages multiple concurrent tasks.
Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly, and installation designs (e.g., cable routing and geometry, WHIDs, IRMs).
Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, and shop revision requests).
Documents processes, specifications, and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
Develops basic statements of work.
Analyzes functional and physical input to ensure development of complete integrated designs.
Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Compensation $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
