Build strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of long‑lead equipment and critical components.
Project Execution & Integration
Ensure all MEP workstreams are synchronized with structural, architectural, and civil scopes to minimize field conflicts and maximize project efficiency.
Lead project status reviews and executive reporting sessions, providing visibility into schedule adherence, cost performance, and system risk assessments.
Oversee the handoff process to commissioning and operations teams, ensuring system readiness, documentation completeness, and operational reliability.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years focused on mission‑critical or hyperscale data center construction.
Proven success managing multi‑million‑dollar MEP programs with complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, power distribution, chilled water, CRAC/CRAH units, UPS, switchgear, BMS, and fire protection systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions with design engineers, general contractors, and client representatives.
Strong grasp of MEP coordination, BIM workflows, and design‑build execution strategies.
