The Role – Sourcing Consultant (180 Recruitment) As a Sourcing Consultant, you’ll focus on the candidate side of recruitment, building relationships, finding top talent, and learning the core skills that will set you up for a successful career in recruitment. You’ll:
Source top candidates for roles in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and AI.
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting tools to identify and engage talent.
Build relationships with candidates, understanding their goals and motivations.
Support them through the recruitment process from first call to placement.
Work closely with business development consultants to align on live roles and market insights.
