Senior Consultant - Leading Advanced Analytics & Data Science For Harnham NYC
Sr. Manager Strategic Analytics Retail Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & RSU Eligible Harnham is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Strategic Analytics for a leading organization in the omnichannel retail sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement omni-channel digital transformation strategies, enhancing both customer and associate experiences within a dynamic enterprise. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of strategy analysts to set the vision and direction of the Sales organization. Collaborate with operations and product/technology partners to create a data-backed departmental roadmap. Provide analytical evaluation and strategic insights to understand the impacts of various change efforts, steering the organization towards optimal paths forward. Drive execution through the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs), target setting, and the creation of management systems to ensure accountability. Present insights and recommendations to senior executives to achieve consensus for change. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; MBA or Master's in an analytical field is a plus. Extensive experience in an analytical or strategic role. Analytical mindset with experience conducting large-scale data analysis to support conclusions; SQL experience required. Proven experience managing high-performing analytic associates. Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to influence executive thinking and improve field execution. Preferred Skills and Traits Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong collaboration skills and experience driving continuous improvement initiatives. Proactive, transparent, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
