Technical Project Coordinator

Advanced Project Solutions (APS) The Technical Project Coordinator will be based in Madison, WI and will report to the Account Manager. The primary function of this role is to complete project coordination duties including scheduling and communicating with field installation/service technicians, ordering and tracking project materials, directing the installation, maintenance and minor repairs of assorted fire and burglar systems as well as various software, CCTV and phone systems, and supporting internal projects personnel for various troubleshooting needs. Accountability: Reports to and receives direction from assigned Project Manager and Projects Department Lead. Regular Contacts: Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed. Position Specifications and Requirements:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2-year College or technical school; or at least one-to-two years related field experience Familiarity with Partner ACS phone systems, NEC systems, FireLite fire alarm systems, Ademco burglar systems, Genetec DRV solutions, DMP Ability to read, analyze and interpret job specific SOW documents, line drawings, user manuals, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database) Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks Seniority level:
