We are looking for curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable, eager to channel their expertise in a new, exciting setting. If you’re looking to apply your AP skills within the world of technology, then Stampli’s Customer Support Specialist could be the role for you! As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an expert on Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform for new and current customers, helping with support, onboarding, training, and customer success. This includes working directly with customers via chat, Intercom, and simple integrations with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks. Experience with at least one of these systems is a big plus! Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via Intercom. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Development teams to escalate complex issues. Be a trusted resource for customers on Stampli’s Financial Operations Platform. Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Organized, curious, and motivated to learn. Experience with Purchase Orders and ERPs (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Love for technology, service orientation, collaboration, positive energy. Experience with vendor relationships and understanding debits and credits. Benefits
