Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes (expected) COVERAGE DATES
Two weeks per month coverage starting January 2026

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Pediatric patients up to 21 years of age
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients per clinic day
Admissions: As needed during inpatient consult coverage
Rounding: Included when inpatient coverage applies
Phone Consults: Yes, during call coverage
Case Mix: General pediatric pulmonology, cystic fibrosis, asthma, and related respiratory conditions

FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Adult Level IV
EMR System: Cerner
Office Equipment Available: Standard pulmonary diagnostic tools, spirometry, bronchoscopy suite
Specialty Backup Available: Pediatrics, Respiratory Therapy, Social Work, Dietician
Support Staff Available: Medical Assistants, CF Nurse/Coordinator, RT, Social Worker, Dietician
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage during colleague absences and ongoing support

Board: Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology; Board Certified in General Pediatrics preferred
