Product Specialist/Delivery Coordinator

Overview Bertera Subaru of West Springfield is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Product Specialist/Delivery Coordinator to educate customers on Subaru features. Responsibilities include presenting and providing tutorials on Subaru technologies ranging from pairing Bluetooth with cell phones, setting memory seating and preset radio channels, to demonstrating Eyesight Adaptive Cruise Control. You will learn about Subaru brand features, vehicle registration processes, and related topics. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage appointment times with clients, as well as walk-in guests or customers seeking assistance.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on Subaru product features and technologies

Present and explain tutorials on Subaru technologies (Bluetooth pairing, memory seating, preset radio channels, Eyesight Adaptive Cruise Control, etc.)

Assist with vehicle registration-related information as needed

Manage appointment times and assist guests with questions, including walk-ins

Coordinate with team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications
