What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
Collaborate with regional stakeholders and various lines of business to prioritize features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Engage with business stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to gather insights and understand national and regional priorities
Work closely with the Product Owner to provide vision and features necessary for delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision‑making and optimize the client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
