The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from planning through closing, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. The role provides overall project management support for assigned projects under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, ensuring safe and on-time delivery of high?quality installation services while managing schedule, productivity, and budget in accordance with contract documents. What You Will Do Safety is our priority: follow safe work practices that conform with the company's safety program and client worksite policies. Promote company core values to foster and safeguard company culture. Participate in RFP processes, completing a detailed review of plans, specifications, and the bid package. Review contracts, work orders, and purchase orders to fully understand contractual requirements. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to secure and expand business opportunities. Provide initial client interface to assess scope of work and schedule necessary to successfully complete projects. Under supervision of the Senior Project Manager or Business Segment Leader, develop and organize project plans including workforce, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other necessary items. Work with field operations to ensure proper materials, equipment, and workforce are available. Manage project scheduling requirements to control costs and meet contractual requirements. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; streamline project activities for efficiencies. Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and progress. Prepare job costing reports under supervision. Work with Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Superintendents to submit RFIs and change order requests. Monitor installation activities with the Superintendent to ensure productivity aligns with schedule and budget and that work conforms to contract documents. Partner with QA/QC to ensure alignment with quality plan requirements. Manage job cost and schedules, coordinate with customers and craft partners, and communicate progress. Attend required meetings and serve as an ambassador for the company. Coordinate with project team to facilitate timely delivery of submittals. Manage customer acceptance and signoff.

Proficient in leveraging information and data for informed decisions. Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and procedures. Deep understanding of industry?specific estimating and engineering best practices. Ability to identify change events and implement change?management best practices. Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards. Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and cost forecasting. Ability to report and read out project information to stakeholders. Ability to develop and manage project schedules. Professionalism and effective interaction with employees, vendors, and clients. Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing requirements. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, including excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively present to small and large groups. Disciplined, detail?oriented, organized, and self?driven. Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems, conflicts, and issues. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other industry applications.

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (experience may be considered). Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction industry in a management or leadership role. Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling or data center construction projects. Experience managing all contracting and project delivery methods (lump sum, cost?plus, GMP, unit price, design?build, time & material).

Preferred Professional Certifications

OSHA?30 Hour certification (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire). BICSI RCDD. BICSI RTPM. PMP.

Supervisory Responsibility

May be assigned resources to direct on a project?by?project basis.
