General Summary
We are seeking a Tableau Reporting Analyst with strong experience in business intelligence and data visualization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires expertise in data visualization, analytics, and SQL, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly stories. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Connect Tableau to Snowflake and other data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Provide ad-hoc analysis and data visualizations to support strategic and operational initiatives. Ensure reports are well-documented, scalable, and aligned with BI best practices. Work closely with ETL and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines for reporting efficiency. Train and support end users on Tableau features, dashboard navigation, and self-service analytics. Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization roles. Hands-on expertise with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud. Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data. Experience with Snowflake (or other cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse). Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization best practices, and dashboard usability. Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Tableau certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst). Experience with ETL tools and data integration (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Fivetran). Familiarity with other BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and reporting frameworks. Knowledge of statistics, business KPIs, and advanced data analysis methods. Benefits
