Develop server side extensions & custom UX: author plugins (C#), custom APIs, and PCF controls for scenarios like knowledge article enhancements (e.g., attachment counts) and specialized data entry controls that align to Fluent UI patterns. Automate business communications with Power Automate (cloud flows) and integrate with Dynamics events to implement automated email notifications and operational alerts; drive reliability and triage on failed runs. Integrate content and data: wire up SharePoint document management for D365 entities (e.g., attaching reports to knowledge articles) and design secure storage patterns for files vs. Dataversebalancing collaboration and compliance. Engineer for production: own ALM (Solutions, Solution Packager), Azure DevOps pipelines, code reviews, NuGet hygiene, and environment promotion across DEV ? PPE ? UAT ? PROD; help keep prod entitlements and security roles tight Quality, security & compliance: align deliveries to SDL and service classification guidance; participate in threat model discussions and annual attestations for relevant Power Platform/D365 services. Operational excellence: debug build failures (e.g., tokens/keys, SonarQube), restore stability after restores, and shepherd PRs to "prod readiness." Hands on Dynamics 365/Dataverse development: model driven apps, tables/columns/relationships, BPFs, command bar/ribbon, solution layering; strong plugin (C#/.NET) and PCF experience. Power Platform mastery: Power Automate (event driven flows, error handling, governance), Power Pages configuration/upgrades, and environment administration fundamentals. (Your backlog includes Power Pages upgrades and automated email features.) UX/UI skills for enterprise apps: evidence of simplifying complex forms, information architecture, and micro interactions; comfort pairing with PM/Design and using low/high fidelity artifacts to converge on delightful experiences (esp. for case/engagement workflows). Troubleshooting & support: diagnosing Power Automate run failures, environment policy issues, and build pipeline errors; solid communication in cross functional channels.
