Accenture Flex Onshore EWM Consultant

Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: Delivering SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions tailored to client needs. Working closely with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical experts to design, implement, and support EWM functionalities that optimize warehouse operations. Leading and participating in SAP EWM implementation and rollout projects. Conducting requirement gathering sessions with business users and translating them into functional specifications. Configuring and customizing SAP EWM modules including inbound/outbound processes, storage control, RF framework, and warehouse structure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Providing onshore support during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases. Troubleshooting and resolving EWM-related issues in coordination with offshore support teams. Documenting functional designs, test cases, and training materials. Ensuring compliance with client standards and industry best practices. This role requires occasional travel to the client site. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA. A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP EWM. High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field). Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations. Hands-on experience with RF devices, labor management, and slotting/rearrangement. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
