to join a 5-star housebuilder. This is a field-based role covering Weston-Super-Mare to Bristol. In this hands-on role, you'll provide top-notch after-sales support—fixing defects, tackling maintenance tasks, and making sure every customer feels valued. Every day is different, so being multi-skilled with a
solid understanding of NHBC Standards and LABC Regulations is essential. Health & Safety is a priority—you'll follow all guidelines to keep yourself and others safe. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves solving problems, and is great with people. If you've worked in maintenance or snagging before, you’ll fit right in. Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support, fix defects, and complete maintenance tasks on-site. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service. Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and maintain safe working practices on all visits. Travel within the designated area to cover Weston-Super-Mare to Bristol. Skills and Experience
A full UK driving licence is a must, and a company van is included. Flexibility to travel across the area is important.
