Senior Technical Coordinator – New Build Housing

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator
to join a well-respected housing developer during a period of growth within the department, based in the Bristol area.
You’ll lead the technical coordination of multiple developments, working closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure designs are fully compliant, well-coordinated, and ready for construction.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the technical design process from planning through to site delivery
Coordinating consultants and resolving design issues efficiently
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, NHBC, and planning conditions
Supporting construction teams with strong, buildable technical solutions
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical role within residential development
Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing multiple schemes
A proactive, organised approach with excellent communication skills
