Role details Title : Implementation Project Manager
Pay : $30-35/hour
Duration : Contract to Hire (6 months)
Location : Birmingham or Ridgeland MS
What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of technical service order implementation—from kickoff to completion.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, aligning expectations and timelines.
Provide proactive updates and manage multiple concurrent projects with precision.
Champion continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in IT project delivery or managed/cloud services.
Proven ability to optimize processes and juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, networking, VoIP services, and connectivity.
