Base pay range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Overview We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Project Manager to support a variety of enterprise technology initiatives. This individual will join an established team and is expected to add value quickly by contributing across multiple projects, aligning with team processes, and driving execution from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities Act as a strong team player, contributing immediately and supporting multiple initiatives as needed Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across one or more business units Support a portfolio of projects, including: IT and infrastructure initiatives, including cloud conversion projects Ongoing cybersecurity initiatives Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and financials throughout the project lifecycle Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests Report on project success criteria, key metrics, testing outcomes, and deployment status Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance overall project delivery effectiveness
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience supporting or managing IT, infrastructure, or technology-focused projects Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); no specific project management tool required Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Experience supporting software implementations or go-live events Exposure to cloud migration, cybersecurity, or compliance-related projects Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environmen
